Full Highlight + Wet Balayage

In this start to finish tutorial, Tabitha demonstrates a full highlight placement with a unique twist to blend both horizontal and the classic Mohawk pattern. This foil placement is particularly great for full coverage results with a soft dimensional blend off the part and bright ends.
